Hi, I'm Zuzana Kochtova and I love teaching Zumba® classes. The reason is simple: Every class feels like a party!

Come join me and you'll see what I mean. You don't even have to know how to dance. Just move your body and follow my lead, it's easy!

Zumba® is... the new calorie burning Latin inspired, easy to follow dance fitness craze that is sweeping the nation! The classes are dynamic and exciting with a mixture of slow and fast rhythmic dance routines that tone and sculpt your body in an aerobic/fitness fashion.

Every Zumba® class is unique, containing between 10-15 different Zumba® songs, each one is associated with a specific Zumba® dance style such as Salsa or Mambo. The basic Zumba® steps are use together with the instructor’s own choreography to make up a fun and enjoyable muscle toning exercise class. Zumba® is exercise in disguise, you won’t notice you are working out, but you will surely see the benefits and have a great time in the process. So what are you waiting for, come join the party!
